The first three consist entirely of pain-free ingredients, demonstrating that even with certain dietary restrictions, it is possible to create meals that are both enjoyable and satisfying. The following three incorporate a combination of pain-free and pain-inducing ingredients, along with the specific number of 500mg sodium bicarbonate capsules I use (invariably dissolved in 500ml bottle of water) to effectively prevent discomfort.
This provides a clear example of how meals can be structured while maintaining control over symptoms.
